I just hired Chris from Raynor Custom (based on a post in the blog). He did a small remodel on our pantry and did a great job. We’d hire him again for sure. He’s a local West Seattle guy and his price was quite reasonable.
We were very happy with Chris Raynor at email@example.com. He’s a local guy and a WS blog reader. He’s licensed and bonded (I checked the state website). He did a remodel for us on a pantry that involved many skills; plumbing, drywall, electrical, texturing, etc.. We are planning to have Chris do our small bathroom as well (if I can get my act together and pick out hardware, vanity, etc.).
Chris does great stuff and really takes pride in the design portion of the project. He is like an architect and skilled carpenter in one. He has done stairs at our place (they are in the photo gallery under amazing stairs) and he did a great privacy screen in our backyard. He showed me some pictures of a bathroom he was doing in West Seattle that looked incredible. Modern, stylish and super functional. He has always been fair on the price and is very responsive. Having worked with lots of contractors, I know quality and value when I see it.
Chris Raynor will not disappoint!
Chris is an excellent contractor! He is responsible, hard working and reliable. After meeting Chris just once I felt like he was part of our family. We liked that he is a West Seattleite and has done so much work in our neighborhood and community.
I hired Chris after seeing the exceptional reviews on the West Seattle Blog. He far exceeded my expectations. Chris was friendly, professional and went above and beyond everyday for me. I hired him to do a deck remodel for me and he finished on time and under budget. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and suggest him to anyone looking for a contractor. He’ll be my go to guy for years to come.
Chris did a good job for us. There was some electrical, some plumbing, duct work and drywall work involved. I was able to save a few bucks by priming and painting myself. We heard about him on the West Seattle blog and are happy with the results. Plus he’s a local guy and makes amazing cookies which makes it sound like I know him beyond a “contractor / customer” relationship but I don’t, he just happened to have a fresh batch of cookies that he shared with my family. I’d hire him again just to get another cookie.
